I. Order Processing & Inspection
Every ProvenanceStyle order undergoes a meticulous quality assurance process. Our team carefully inspects, prepares, and packages each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Standard processing time is 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

II. Shipping Services
We currently offer Standard Shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Delivery Estimate: 5-9 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $79 or more. Orders below this amount incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.99.

  • Service Area: Currently serving the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Daily Shipping Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM C(GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on business days will enter our processing queue on the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.


Key Information & Policies

  1. Delivery Timeframes: The delivery windows provided are estimates based on typical carrier performance. While most packages arrive within the expected timeframe, factors such as carrier delays, weather events, customs processing (if applicable), or regional disruptions may occasionally extend delivery times.

  2. Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at checkout. Include apartment/suite numbers and ensure the ZIP code is correct. We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer. Reshipment of returned packages due to address errors will incur additional shipping charges.

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system after you receive the notification. Detailed tracking updates may become more frequent once the package is within the destination country's logistics network.

  4. Shipment Delays & Force Majeure: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (such as holidays), inclement weather, public holidays, or due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., global health crises, supply chain disruptions, carrier strikes). We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods.

  5. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to address issues, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts), we will contact you using the information provided. A refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return processing fees incurred. Reshipment is available at the customer's expense.

  6. Multiple Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately. You will only be charged the standard shipping fee once, regardless of the number of shipments. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
