Return & Refund Policy

At ProvenanceStyle, your complete satisfaction is our foremost commitment. To uphold this promise, we offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange Warranty from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on select intimate apparel categories (such as swimwear bottoms).

  • Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Reasons & Associated Costs

  • If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged product): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. No restocking fees will apply.

Important: Please do not return items to the carrier's address listed on the original shipment label. Always use the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email service@provenancestyle.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you the official return authorization and the correct return address.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address using a trackable service.

  4. Provide Tracking: Email us the return tracking number. This is required for us to locate and process your return upon arrival.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • PayPal refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns not caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently process exchanges by issuing a refund for the returned item and requesting that you place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
