At ProvenanceStyle, your complete satisfaction is our foremost commitment. To uphold this promise, we offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange Warranty from the date of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on select intimate apparel categories (such as swimwear bottoms).

Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Reasons & Associated Costs

If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged product): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. No restocking fees will apply.
Important: Please do not return items to the carrier's address listed on the original shipment label. Always use the return address provided by our customer service team.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email service@provenancestyle.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos.

Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you the official return authorization and the correct return address.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address using a trackable service.

Provide Tracking: Email us the return tracking number. This is required for us to locate and process your return upon arrival.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

PayPal refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days.

Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns not caused by our error.
5. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges by issuing a refund for the returned item and requesting that you place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
